The Cheetahs are hanging in there! With the recent announcement that they won’t be in the Rainbow Cup they’ll be looking to make some statements in the Currie Cup. That adds some spice to an already spicy tournament.

DHL Western Province v Griquas – DHL Western Province by 15
This is an easy pick, the Griquas haven’t won a game all season and they aren’t going to this weekend on the road. I would normally have gone bigger but the Griquas have kept their last couple of games closer that you’d expect so it does look like they are improving.
Cheetahs v Cell C Sharks – Cheetahs by 5
This pick is all about the Sharks. 2 wins for 4 games on the road sounds ok. However those 2 wins were against the Pumas and Griquas. Yup whenever the Sharks are against top opposition on the road they lose. That’s what’s made this a relatively easy pick to make.
Bye – Bulls, Lions and Pumas
Well are the Bulls and Lions on a bye? Kind of their game has been postponed to the 6th of January due to COVID cases at the Bulls. Unlike other games that have been cancelled they have shifted things around to try and keep this game going ahead.
Record So Far
23 from 30 or 77% so far, doing OK getting both right last round 🙂
