The Top14 is back and the biggest spending league in the world didn’t disappoint over the offseason. More stelar names have been added but is that what you need to build a team? There has been a lot of turnover and you can see all the transfers here. I think the steady teams will start the stronger but it’s how you finish the season that counts.
