Nearing the halfway stage of the regular season. Here are my round 8 predictions.
First up sorry this is late and short, I have finally got a job and so will have to see how much time I have for writing my blog going forwards. Anyway here we go.
How did the predictions go last week?
6 form 7, so close and great result after the previous week.
Hurricanes v Stormers
Canes have been the form team of the competition and I can’t see them slipping up here.

Rebels v Reds
Reds have the talent but Rebels have the team chemistry and home advantage.

Chiefs v Blues
Chiefs are another of the teams that are in with a shout of winning and the Blues have lost all their games so far. So easy call.

Brumbies v Cheetahs
Brumbies are the top Australian team and being visited by one of the weakest South African side. Home win.
Brumbies by 20
Sharks v Crusaders
This should be a close one and I’m going for a home win. Some are saying that the Saders are showing form of old. But that’s been against weaker teams and they have been a bit like a cricketing flat track bully.

Lions v Bulls
The Lions have had a great tour but their home form has been poor and they will be knackered.
