The lesser of the two European competitions but it should still produce some exciting rugby, here are my quarter-final predictions.
Sorry that this is late and brief, I have finally got a job and so I will have to see how much time I have for blogging.
How did your predictions of the final round of group matches go?
10 out of 10, bloody magnificent!
Here is a link to my review of the sixth round of games.
Gloucester Rugby v Connacht Rugby
Gloucester is out of the Premiership reckoning and have been impressive in this tournament so far so I’m backing a home win.
Gloucester Rugby by 5
Newport Gwent Dragons v Cardiff Blues
These two have had close games in the Pro12 and I think it will be again. I’m backing home advantage to swing the result.
Newport Gwent Dragons by 3
Exeter Chiefs v Newcastle Falcons
Chiefs are in the hunt for the top 4 in the Aviva Premiership so it remains to be seen what team they select. I’m still going with the home win.
Exeter Chiefs by 10
London Irish v Edinburgh
Irish are at the bottom of the Premiership with Edinburgh mid-table in the Pro12 so I think this is the opportunity for an away win.
Edinburgh by 3
