Here I am on the bus and it’s 09:50. I have just been to Gleneagles hospital for a check up on my back. Ok I had the first appointment if the day at 9am but even so in that time I saw the doctor, got sent for an X-ray, took the X-ray back to the doctor and had another apointment! I understand it’s private and my insurance is paying who knows how much but I still think that’s efficient.
BTW not a great fan of Gleneagles if your an in patient as their billing department can’t count! The last thing you want to be doing on discharge is trying to explain how they have messed up the bill…..
